The machine body is made of stainless steel, and all product-contact parts are manufactured from 304 or 316L stainless steel or other hygienic materials. This design meets high hygiene standards, offers strong corrosion resistance, and supports long-term, stable operation.
Equipped with a PLC control system and touchscreen interface, the YL-8SS is easy to install and operate. The system can be connected to the customer’s MES system for production data integration.
The packaging machine precisely controls material discharge from the weighing system to avoid unnecessary material loss. An empty-pouch prevention function ensures that pouches without product are not sealed, effectively reducing packaging waste.
A specially designed seal-forming station ensures flat, wrinkle-free seals. This helps maintain complete pouch graphics, improves sealing quality, and significantly reduces pouch breakage, contributing to lower packaging material consumption.
The YL-8SS adopts a mainly mechanical transmission design and uses oil-impregnated bearings to reduce lubrication points. This structure simplifies maintenance and inspection, helping ensure reliable operation and reduced downtime.
