The 2 Head Spout Pouch Packing Machine is designed for high-efficiency filling of various spout pouch packaging formats, with a focus on stable operation, hygienic standards, and reduced labor input. Featuring a dual-head inclined filling structure, this machine delivers faster output compared to single-head systems while maintaining precise and consistent filling performance.
The machine supports multiple spout pouch types and can be integrated with automatic dosing systems, elevators, and auxiliary equipment, forming a compact and efficient automated packaging setup. The entire filling process operates without manual intervention, helping manufacturers improve productivity while lowering labor and management costs.
To meet different production requirements, optional functions such as safety door emergency stop, automatic card insertion, and abnormal pouch rejection can be added. These configurations allow the machine to adapt to various production environments and product characteristics.
The machine frame is manufactured using advanced powder-coated steel or full stainless steel, while all product-contact parts are made from 304 / 316L stainless steel or other food-grade materials. This structure ensures high hygiene standards, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life, making it suitable for food, beverage, daily chemical, and personal care applications.
Operation is simple and intuitive. A PLC control system with touch screen interface allows quick parameter adjustment and stable process control, and the system can be connected to the customer’s MES production management system if required.
During operation, the machine precisely controls the material discharge from the dosing unit, preventing product waste. An empty pouch detection and no-fill/no-seal function ensures that unfilled pouches are not sealed, reducing both material loss and pouch consumption.
A specially designed seal forming station ensures flat, wrinkle-free sealing results. This improves pouch appearance, enhances seal strength, and significantly lowers the risk of leakage or pouch damage.
For long-term operation, the machine adopts a mechanical transmission structure with oil-impregnated bearings, minimizing lubrication points and simplifying daily maintenance. This design reduces downtime and ensures stable, continuous production.
